PLAN TO EXHIBIT THE IFTF 2023 IN HOLLAND

Murakami Seed is, for the first time in four years, planning to exhibit a display space at group booth of JFPEA; Japan Flower and Plant Export Association, in the annual International Flower Trade Fair held in Holland from November 8 to 10, 2023 (below is a photo in 2019).

MURAKAMI SEED is planning to sell the new varieties below in October 2023 but some may delay due to production reason. 

Blue Lace Flower Sandpiper NEW
Sandpiper, NEW white, joins in. Branching habit looks similarly refined to Blue Murex. Good holdability assured on post-harvest as well. The annual plant flowers under longday that loves warm and low humid environment.

Celosia Brick Arch NEW
Best choice for a summer season production. Vigorous and tough plants grow tolerant enough in heat and drought conditions with low maintenance. Impressive mulberry-colored spike straightens up on a tall plant about 150 cm (5 ft.). Brick Arch will be expected more stems by directly reaping than density planting operation.

PANSY AND VIOLA OVER-WINTER TRIALS

As usual, Murakami Seed officially carried the over-winter course for our breeding pansies and violas at company's facility of Ibaraki on the date of March 2 and 3, 2023. Several classes of pansies and violas assorting Waraku Series, Cutue Series, Ai Series, in addition to full items of Momoka (Millionflora) Series perfectly bloomed in the greenhouse. Quite constructive discussion with over 100-people visitors.
